You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance will be paid out in accordance with the withdrawal policy before the account is closed.

By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are using this platform voluntarily. dkwin may request proof of age for verification at any time.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

dkwin offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to each bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time from the date the bonus is credited.
• The rate at which wagering requirements are met may vary by game category.
• Bets placed with bonus funds are deducted from the bonus funds, not from the actual deposit.
• You may not apply for the next bonus until the current one has been fully completed.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

Loyal players on dkwin enjoy the benefits of five VIP levels:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

It is possible to advance to higher VIP levels through regular and active play.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

dkwin reserves the right to cancel any related bonus and suspend the account if the bonus system is abused through the use of multiple accounts, swapping payment details, or any other method.

5.1 Deposits

dkwin supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly or within a few minutes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited — the payment source must be a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Funds earned from any active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• dkwin reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for security review if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

5.3 Currency & Taxes

dkwin processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for any applicable taxes or other government charges. dkwin does not provide tax advice.
